FUNCTION DEPOSIT

Your non-refundable party deposit holds your chosen date and time, you can choose to move your date and time within a 30 day period if we have another date available. Sickness on your party date is valid for a date change only, this can also be for the year after if we have no remaining timeslots. A no show or a date change within 30 days of your booking will result in a loss of your deposit.

TICKET POLICY

Our theatrical and artistic programs operate like any other performance venue. Each ticket represents a seat at our program. All ticket purchases are non-refundable, this includes for sickness, change of mind and no-show. You can however change the name on your ticket (even on the day). Please keep this in mind when purchasing your tickets in advance.
