FUNCTION DEPOSIT

Your non-refundable party deposit holds your chosen date and time, you can choose to move your date and time within a 30 day period if we have another date available. Sickness on your party date is valid for a date change only, this can also be for the year after if we have no remaining timeslots. A no show or a date change within 30 days of your booking will result in a loss of your deposit.

TICKET POLICY

Our theatrical and artistic programs operate like any other performance venue. Each ticket represents a seat at our program. All ticket purchases are non-refundable, this includes for sickness, change of mind and no-show. You can however change the name on your ticket (even on the day). Please keep this in mind when purchasing your tickets in advance.

FOOD

We are a bar and do not have a kitchen. Any event with food please note there is no heating/ cooling or preparation facilities. All food must be pre prepared and able to be served immediately. All food serving items must be bought with you and taken home, this includes plates and cutlery and serviettes. Alternatively you can hire one of our incredible caterers or food trucks who will provide all food, equipment and waitstaff.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF OF DECOR/ DJS/ STAGING/ LARGE SET UPS

Our venue is extremely versatile, you can create and design any event you like and we love extreme and amazing events. Please note if your set up time exceeds one hour prior to the event there is an extra fee. Please ensure your contractors are aware of this and it fits your budget. We do have an option for 24 hour hire which we suggest would work best for Weddings and large set ups.

All set up/ equipment hire and additional contractors must arrive within the hours booked. This includes if you need to come and measure the venue or visit for a second time to check anything. We suggest getting all your ideas together on the first visit, you can take videos and photos also. Alternatively you can book our in house designer who can access the venue at all times.
